Food Sensitivity Testing Update

MRT or the Mediator Release Test is a functional measurement of diet-induced sensitivity pathways. The test simplifies complex reactions I the body and translates them into useable information that quantifies your inflammatory response to foods and food-chemicals.
.
.
Why does this matter? Well inflammatory effects manifest in a variety of conditions and symptoms... anything from bloating, leaky gut, migraines, and depression, to nervous and endocrine system issues.
.
.
MRT gives you insight into inflammation provoking foods and food-chemicals as well as identifies the best foods to help you to heal your belly.

My test was prescribed by @coachm_lee it arrived within a few days, I went to a local blood testing facility to have my blood drawn and had the results back in a few days.
.
.
Foods that I was eating every single day were some of the most reactive. This is obviously high individualized, but you can imagine how it felt to realize that egg whites...something I may have eaten 2x day every day for a long time, was actually causing major issues for me. Reviewing the reports was and eyeopening experience. I immediately made changes to my diet and am now on day 16 of 90 completely eliminating ALL reactive and moderately reactive foods from my diet. Yep, I went all in not just eliminating red foods, but yellow, and even grees that fell close to the reaction line. I begin to feel a difference after 6 day and today I feel even better.
.
.
Some of the most challenging foods for me to eliminate have been… egg whites, caffeine, whey, spinach, almonds, vanilla, paprika and cayenne pepper (in like every spice I loved) and Lecthin (both soy and sunflower) in just about everything especially some of my fav protein bars and treats.
.
.
I will share more over the next 75ish days. Wish me luck lol
