What are the workouts like?
Each high-intensity workout offers a unique mix of bodyweight strength-building exercises and power-building plyometric movements. The workouts start with a 5min dynamic warm-up, transition into 20min of bodyweight flows, and close with a 5min finisher (aka challenging sequence).

Who are the workouts for?
#ConditoningwKandace workouts are challenging and fun, they are for anyone ready to learn to move their body in new and challenging ways.

The workouts can be modified to support beginner to advanced fitness levels but are designed for those looking to truly push themselves.

Can I do the workouts at home? 
Yes, you can do the workouts anywhere! No gym required. You just need your body and a small open space, preferably 10ft x 10ft but you can make any space work.

How long are the workouts?
Most workouts require just 30 minutes of your day.

What equipment do I need?
Equipment is not necessary however, gliding exercise discs and resistance bands can be added to increase intensity. I often use MB Slingshot Hip Circle and Mini Bands or Power Loops (Lower Body Bands. Occasionally, I will also use a larger Super Band (approx. 20lbs resistance).

If you want an extra push, you can use a timer. Two of my favorite music and timer apps are Fit Radio App and Tabata Songs/Hits in iTunes.

How much is the workout subscription?
The #ConditioningwKandace subscription is $20.00 a month.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time. 

How often do you post new workouts for subscribers?
Subscribers get new workouts every day. I post the full weeks programming on Sunday afternoons. When you login, you will see a weekly video message from me and see all of the workouts for the week. 

Are your online workouts the same as your class?
The workouts here on the site and in ebook are very similar to the class I teach live, both follow the same structure. My live class is 60min long allowing for more interaction with the students.

Where do you teach class?
I currently teach the #ConditioningwKandace class in person at headquarters for employees and special guests. I also teach the class on Saturdays at Jack City Fitness in Boise.

How can I attend a class?

How can I join the private Facebook group?
This group is full of awesome people! If you subscribe to the daily workouts, you will get access to share and discuss the workouts and your fitness journey.

Do you offer refunds?
Both the subscription and ebook are digital products and are deemed “used” after accessing them. This unfortunately means we have a strict no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction with product. Refunds are not offered. All customers are advised to review these terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase.
