Worked up to a heavy deadlift single at 345lbs (little sloppy), a heavy front squat single at 215lbs, heavy 8 rep RFESS and seeded DB SP at 45lb DBs.

Not bad for not pulling or pushing heavy loads in a while. 👵🏻 strength. I’ll take it and ge

Tuesday morning flow....
Worked up to a heavy single 285lbs at 30X1 then amrap at 85% plus some extra credit, followed by a heavy single strict press at 125lbs, and then max rep strict pull-ups (26) in 5min and strict handstand push-ups (36) in 5 min

Saturday morning flow after a long weight vest walk hunting lizard 🦎 and 🐇 and fetch 🎾🐶.

Thursday morning flow... garage gym handstand obstacle warmup then two 15min emoms. Moving and grovin 🤸🏼&zwj;♀️💪🏻 #teamhybrid @hybridperformancemethod
