Fitness should be fun! It's freedom to play and permission to fail. It brings challenges to overcome and builds community like nothing I have ever experienced. It builds character through trial, error, and many hours of practice.

Fitness has been my vehicle for developing discipline, a building block of strength and a core value I credit for all personal and professional achievements. 

I found fitness at a young age. It tested my commitment and built a fire in me to do more. Years of training built a body, heart, and mind I am proud of.
